Processing Your Order:

Orders made from our online store have a processing time of 2-5 business days (weekends/holidays not included) before they are shipped in the continental United States of America.

For all orders placed on the website, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information once shipped. Therefore, please ensure your email address is correct before you submit your order. During major holiday seasons from November through January, the processing times before shipment may be longer (5-7 days in the U.S.). Additionally, mail carriers may have delays during this time. Please check with your local post office on delay time-frames using the tracking number provided to you in the shipment confirmation email you receive from us.

Domestic shipping:

For domestic orders, we primarily use USPS or UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery to your doorstep. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders range from 2-7 business days, depending on the destination and time of year.

We gladly ship internationally to many countries around the world. International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures and may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Estimated delivery times for international orders may vary between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, SMS or the Shop App. If you have an account with us, you can log-in and see your tracking information there as well to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or delays at customs may impact the actual delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and up to date. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, we will be happy to re-ship, once you pay the shipping cost. Re-shipment will not be processed unless a re-shipment fee is made. International shipping is available. The customer pays all shipping fees. Please allow at least 5 business days for your international order to be processed.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to our customer support immediately.

You may request that your items are mailed to a different address where someone can take delivery of them by emailing that information to sales@milliesint.com.
