Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final. However, we will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues that may arise. Any imperfections or irregularities are due to the unique hand-crafted nature of the product.
We cannot retroactively apply/add discount codes to any completed order if you forget to use it. All active codes will be activated and usable per promo instructions during checkout.
Please review your name and address, and ensure that the information is correct before you submit your order. This will allow you to validate your order, to be sure that your product selections are accurate. Missing packages due to incorrect information will not be replaced.
Returns will be accepted for items damaged during shipping within one week of receiving the item. If you receive a damaged item (due to weather conditions) we will gladly replace the item(s) if it is in stock; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
The shipping cost for returning damaged items will be refunded as store credit.
IMPORTANT – If damaged items are not returned within one week of receipt, all terms and conditions will be voided.
